These remotes worked perfectly with my yellow clerk's button garage door opener. It literally took longer to install my ladders than it did to program these remotes. I followed the included instructions to open the yellow button with no problem.

At first I thought I had DOA devices as I used the same force as my original remotes. On the third try, I found that pressing the buttons was a lot harder to get the job done. So don't be shy about programming, go all out!

This remote control is fantastic! It took me less than 2 minutes to install. I couldn't believe it myself. It's very touch sensitive, so no more hard pressing like my old remote. At first I thought I would have to ask a man to program it, but this lady did it herself!

I have an old 2002 Chamberlain and I wasn't aware that the company kept changing the radio scheme (probably another example of why good old Sears went out of business) so I was worried that saw all the flavors of openings for chamberlain - can i guess the right one? Ignore the negative reviews. The reviewers did not follow the instructions. First, this is NOT a Chamberlain OEM remote. This is a compatible remote control. Therefore you cannot program it the way you program the 953EV. That's why there is no programming button on the back. The included instructions are clear and concise.
