Great way of keeping your EMR/Billing system together

The ability to access all information in one place makes it easy for me as an administrator and provider alike! I have been able to get away from paper charts which has made my job easier since we are now using electronic medical records (EMR). It takes some time getting used to but once you do everything becomes much smoother than before with this product!! There isn't anything that really bugs or annoys us about our experience so far. My experience is very pleasant and smooth running even across different locations

I love that it can be used for both psychotherapy records as well medication therapy with ease! It has so many wonderful tools including billing codes to go along side all your other medical needs!! The only thing i dislike about this system its when you have multiple providers in one office they are not able keep up together sometimes causing issues if there's something important being missed or left out from an entry by another provider (and vice versa). Also some things may seem confusing at

  • I love the ease of being able to have multiple providers working within this system and the ease of use which helps with our clinic needs and our staff needs

  • The system being used within our clinic as far as our needs so far has been a wonderful system so i can't name any negatives at the this of the use so far which we've been using for about a month

Great tool and resourceful software

I like that it has so much information about my patients in one place! It helps me to make sure all their appointments are being taken care off as well making communication easier between myself & other doctors at our practice!! There isn't too many things i dislike but there could be some improvements made for ease oof use when you're using your computer alot during work hours or even home time if needed. Make good decisions with this program because its very helpful once implemented…

  • Easy access through different platforms including mobile app, tablet software etc.
  • Very organized layout makes finding what's important super easy
  • Can export data into excel files/text documents quickly without having any issues great quality product from start to end implementation!!!

  • Sometimes not completely synced up (i have an iPad)

Alleviate stress of searching and applying/receiving healthcare information

I like that it has an option for my insurance to be able see all test results in one place instead having them sent separately by each doctor's office or hospital we go too! It makes finding tests easier when you have so many doctors involved with your care plan as well!! There isn't much i dislike about this system other than maybe some minor glitches here & there but nothing major at least not yet anyways. If anyone wants access into their medical records they should definitely look up…

  • I dislike that sometimes when trying to schedule appointments with my doctors it has a little glitch where it doesn't send out emails for those appointments for me
