2 fittings in a pack marked with 4 pieces.

I ordered 3/8-24 fittings first and received 5/8-18 fittings. Second, there should have been 4 unions in the pack and only 2 in the pack! The description of this product is vague and confusing at best. Buyer beware

That's a somewhat misleading description. It's not like this.

This is a somewhat misleading description. These are not reverse 3/8" fittings, these are 5/8-18 fittings for 3/8" cord. Nowhere in the description is it even mentioned 5/8-18 threads.

Great quality, great service and good price.

Excellent quality and good price. I am very happy with this fit and my concern for racing. I prefer shopping here to SRE. Here I get much better service and less chance of getting the wrong part.

Connected 3 fuel lines from carburetor to gas tank

I was able to connect three straight 5/16 fuel lines to these torch fittings. The straight fuel lines from the local auto parts store weren't long enough to get to the carburetor. to the tank, so I had to connect three fuel lines together.

Adapter for power steering hose. Thanks for the picture in the description

I had to connect a 3/8 male power steering hose to a 3/8 male power steering pump. Thanks for the inverted flash image. The SAE flare connection looks like a volcano on either side. The 3/8 connection thread is 5/8-18. There are other unions with a similar description and generic image. But they are designed for a DIN socket that looks like a funnel on both sides. Can't use them for my application.

Incorrect parts list

I would have given this item one star if it wasn't for the fact that when I ordered I knew I was risking what I was getting. This happened because SOMEWHERE IN THE LISTING OF THIS CONNECTION THE SELLER DID NOT SAY WHAT THE THREAD WAS. This information is critical when ordering this part. In fact, this list isn't wrong, it's just incomplete. The "1/4" information they give doesn't mean anything without further explanation. Is that the brake line size they fit? Or is it part of the thread count…
