Made in China, not clearly marked. 18/8 stainless steel is commonly used for cutlery. 18/8 is not (or very weakly) attracted to a magnet. The measuring cups are attracted by a magnet. The measuring spoons are perfect. That tells me the measuring spoons are not 18/8 stainless steel. Therefore, in my opinion, no precise description and greatly overpriced.

Spoons are a good set. I have an identical copy from another retailer. On the other hand, the cups are made of thin material. I bought these because they are one piece, but I didn't expect the cups to flex as much as they do. The metal on the spoons is 1.33mm thick, give or take. The thickness of the metal on the cups is 0.53mm. It seems that this product is composed of two different materials. One product is much better than the other.

I bought a set of cups and spoons, and then I bought another one after seeing their excellent quality. These are tough, heavy duty measuring cups and spoons (like you've had for over 30 years). Cup sizes are as follows: 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/5, 2/3, 3/4, 1 cup. They are very easy to align when measuring. Likewise, measuring spoons are easy to use and balance. A set of excellent quality, suitable as a gift. Very happy with this product and great customer service!

Probably Revain's nicest set of measuring cups. Heavy duty and well made. I like that the sizes are engraved so they don't rub off. And each cup is also measured in half of it. So half a 1/8 cup equals 1/16. I've never had a 1/16 cup recipe before, but you never know, and it's nice to know exactly where the half is. In general very satisfied. I can't believe how much time I've spent making sure I have the perfect measuring cup set. I wanted a modern but simple style; Great quality and durable but not too light and not too heavy. Folds up and fits easily into a standard kitchen drawer. And not too expensive; I was willing to pay a little more for what I wanted, but I'm also on a tight budget so I couldn't pay the super high price. This set is perfect, I got everything I wanted! My main requirement for a set of measuring cups was that the cup and handle be one piece (so many pens fall off over the years - even quite expensive ones!). They have nice long handles and they all sit flat except for the 1/8 cup. They have a perfectly flat joint at the junction of the mug and handle, making it easy to align what you are measuring.
