As described, the shorts dried very quickly after leaving the pool. Measurements for size 14 were not in the size chart. They are perfect for my 12 year old.

They are very large and look messy and oversized. I bought the size according to the size chart. I'll save up and try again next year, my son makes a living from printing.

I bought 7/8's for my tall 4 year old and they fit him perfectly. It's too big for him, but the elastic at the waist doesn't fall off. I was able to adjust the edges for him to wear. The fabric is very soft and can be worn like regular shorts. The mesh at the bottom is loose which he prefers.

They are size XL and are too small. Should be XXL. Increase the size! especially if you are a skinny kid. Material and appearance as shown.

I wish I could get through this because my son loves the 2 colors I bought but they are huge! He is 9 years old and weighs about 65 pounds so I bought an 8/10 but they are so big! My almost 11 year old 95 year old would fit them. I have to tighten the belt so tight. Doesn't fit as he wears 8/10 in his pants but those 8/10 are way too big.

They were meant to fit a 5-6 year old and the shorts were so long that they came down to my son's shins. They sit well in the waist but are too long!

My son went to the pool in them and after a few hours I noticed a very strange pattern of markings on his stomach. I had to take him to the ER and the doctor thought it might be a poison ivy attack. After about a day it went away but the next week the same thing happened. We found that the strings he wasn't tied were hitting him and causing problems. So either tie the strings or expect a potentially weird, unwise thing to happen. But in the end they are great!
