Easy and great functionality: AloTech

I love how easy it was to use! The customer service staff were so helpful with getting me up & going as quickly or slower than we would have liked (due in part by their own fault). Nothing that stood out but if you are new at this type of software there might be some things for your first time user/employee which can seem confusing initially until they get used too them like what buttons do etc.. We found ourselves using our phone more often then not due just because its easier when working…

  • User friendly once someone gets familiarized
  • Easeful navigation between screens within program; no matter who uses system everyone understands exactly whats happening without confusion

  • Some options take longer before something shows back
  • Not enough builtin customization features available

We have found them helpful with web hosting, email setup and domain registration.

All great people to talk to! They helped us find the best price when moving our servers over to AWS. I would recommend Alotech if you want help setting up something simple or complicated.
