Great for Rpi

Good heatsinks but quality control could be better, some fins were bent about halfway and I had to straighten them. I used a special thermal epoxy compound to glue them to my Rpi 4b chips (CPU and memory) and they work better than expected. My R-Pi 4b overclocked to 2200MHz at overvoltage=6 never went above 53.6*C. I also installed the smaller 6.5mm heatsinks that this brand offers on the Power Delivery chip , and that made it more stable. If you do this with yours, remember to conformally coat

Raspberry Pi 4 Cooler

Used on Raspberry Pi 4 with thermal tape (sold separately). Before installing it on the Pi, I folded the fins outward to form almost a semi-circle to allow more airflow between the fins and passively release more heat into the air. I didn't do any before and after temperature measurements, but I will say that the thermal capacity of the copper keeps the CPU temperature stable and helps my RBP4 not reset its CPU. At room temperature around 21Β°C, the processor displays up to 65-68Β°C under load…

Late review but the product is generally very satisfied Copper heatsink is good for high thermal conductivity, which allows heat to pass through quickly. Paste for my PS4 original (matte black) turned out I could buy thermal pads for the memory chips if it says so, somehow I ripped the fixation on the top of the PS4 case because the heatsink didn't want to close each chip properly his own heatsink thermal pads and i've read that copper is better than aluminum for allowing heat to pass through…
