Good alternator for $$$

A little tricky to install but not the alternator's fault! This item is a quality product and has been working as intended for a few months. I would buy this again.

Poor quality starters and alternators

I've been sharpening wrenches for over ten years. I know you get what you pay for and this alternator was different now. I bought it on 09/24/2019. After about 30-40 days it went wrong. I would recommend spending your money on a quality part.

Failed 31 days after install

Took 31 days after install, worked great, then failed right after 30 days, had to call Amazon support for a refund. The alternator and voltage regulator also stink of burnt plastic, because the relatives only know about it when he gets out of the car.

An ideal replacement for a generator after the original has broken down in the garage.

Passed his Aveo for routine work. Replace the resistor on the AC blower motor switch and replace the windshield washer pump. And as I drove home, the battery light went on and off. I bought a new alternator and took it to another car service who fixed the problem. Thing is, there were no problems with the original alternator when I picked it up, but definitely when I paid the bill and drove home!
