Based on my observations, these running shoes could not withstand the harsh conditions of outdoor trail running in the Sports and Outdoors category. They offered limited support and the material did not hold up against rocks and mud. The only pro was their lightweight design, but it didn't make up for the cons. Save your money and invest in a more durable pair for your outdoor adventures.

I had pain in my legs for several weeks. Try insoles, metatarsal pads, and different shoes. Only 2 days in these shoes and my feet are so much better. Maybe it's a good sock that leaves room, maybe a zero drop and an insole. Not safe but very light and comfortable. You can come back and enjoy nature again.

I'm a fan of several Altra models. My complaints about the previous model like fender covers are resolved in this version. I lengthened the outer sock a bit more to cover my big toe. Mainly because my shoes keep failing, but this model seems to be internal so let's see how long it lasts. The protection of the bows was a definite improvement.
