Regret this purchase

When I got home I found my wife angry and exhausted trying to piece it together to surprise me. A piece of aluminum was so bent that it almost broke off when tightening the screw. The instructions require some critical thinking to figure out which is which as the screws included in the box were not the same as those pictured in the instructions. , cryptic instructions, different nuts/bolts than pictured, and improperly drilled holes made assembly more difficult than necessary. , I have a…

Pros
  • NEED TO CLIMB THE STAIRS? THAT WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM: This nifty wagon is equipped with comfortable, low-friction, anti-slip bars to make it easy and safe to move the wagon over stairs, curbs, and other obstacles in your path.
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions

Assembly required; useless instruction; very strange shape of nut

This item was packaged very unprofessionally; it almost looked like someone was packing up used carts, putting instructions, nuts and bolts in a ziplock bag, and finishing the job. The instructions are almost useless, I spend eight hours (having thought one was broken but turned out to be wrong) trying to figure out how to assemble it. Nuts have a very strange design. It's wide on one side (which fits a bolt/screw) and then tapers towards the top; The nut will screw into the bolt, but will stop

Pros
  • INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS THAT ARE DURABLE: The frame of this handcart is made of industrial aluminum, which is as strong as a nail. It's also lightweight, weighing just 20 pounds. 8 inch hi-tech rubber wheels are built to last.
Cons
  • No instructions

Assembly required!?

Nowhere in the long product description is it mentioned that this trolley requires assembly. It doesn't usually matter much, but the assembly instructions don't match this car! Not even close! It's like a puzzle that turned out to be VERY difficult to solve. In fact, I suggest checking out the original ad to see what it might look like when finished. The diagram and BOM are not helpful at all. It says it's for a two-grip wagon, but it shows a one-grip block with completely different parts. So…
