The Unitek USB docking station supports all 2.5''/ 3.5'' SATA I/ SATA II / SATA III HDD SSD (up to 2 x 16TB); Plug and play, no driver needed, hot-swapping, easy and quick, aluminum case makes it durable and resistant soiling. Super speed USB 3.0 interfaces with data transfer rates up to 5Gbps, backward compatible with USB2.0 and 1.1; automatic sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity saves energy. Supports UASP and SATA 6Gbps, provides faster transfers up to 70% faster read speeds and 40% faster write speeds over traditional USB 3.0. Hard drive offline clone duplicator function, the Unitek hard drive docking can be used to clone an existing hard drive without connecting to a computer, easy to duplicate data and file from one to another hard drive. Excellent support and warranty service: exchange your device safely!

UPDATE 180626: I was sent a replacement unit (with expedited shipping) which arrived shortly thereafter and has been working great with constant use ever since! Many thanks to this supplier for his kind support and guarantee! Upgraded to 5 stars for their customer service and quick resolution! UPDATE 180525: Unitek has responded to my request and is sending a replacement unit under the terms of the warranty. Once it has arrived and I have had a chance to use it I will come back and correct myโ€ฆ

Save time and money. No experience needed.

I can't afford a new computer every 2 years, but I can afford a new, faster hard drive, now with solid state partitions for more speed. I put an old hard drive in there and a new one in there, and in a couple of hours you've saved yourself from a dying hard drive and boasted about your speed. Cheaper than going to a computer repair shop.

Impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking to replace a hard drive

Model number (printed on manual, not box): Y-3025 Rose Gold USB 3.0 to Dual SATA (6G) Offline Clone Docking Station (No , it doesn't clean up (afaik. but I can run dban from my computer for that) Fantastic device, would recommend it to anyone who can change their own disks, this successfully cloned the RAID 0 system (2 disks) to 2 brand new disks .I had some learning curves but my second try was successful.There are a few things to note that are not in the instructions.Offline cloning: Longโ€ฆ
