Fast and graceful! for computers and accessories

. I was looking for a fast 2.5" USB-C enclosure for a 2TB SSD. This CD was everything I was looking for! It's a small, solid metal body that's nice to look at. Most importantly, it has a 10GB transfer rate! It was exactly what I was looking for in a small compact drive case! The build quality is excellent! After the connection I am very satisfied! You will not be disappointed!

Great design, poor execution.

For $30 build quality I don't like. There's plenty of play on the bottom, even with the foam inserts, and it just snaps in and slides out when you push down. I think it's spring loaded to make it easier to open, but as you can see from the photos this side is fully retractable. I may have received an untorn one, but I will definitely be returning this one.

Doesn't Last Long - Computer Accessories & Peripherals

This device is actually very difficult to open and close, and the mechanism that "locks" it is weak. After fiddling with the case long enough to open it once, I managed to fit a 2.5-inch SSD in and still couldn't close the lid to my satisfaction. I always felt like it wasn't quite there, and I didn't want to press too hard and risk damaging it. After months of this unit sitting quietly behind my docking station, I was ready to secure the SSD and replace it with one New. I had to fiddle with itโ€ฆ
