I was very surprised at the quality of this product, I have purchased Amana in the past but I was really amazed at the quality of this tool, the cutting edges are very sharp and overall the instrument appears very well balanced. When a company tries to differentiate itself in its manufacturing process and product design, we as customers need to communicate this so that it is easier for others to succeed.
