Never received a 1/4 " bit for milling machine parts and accessories

This bit may be ok. Ordered a 1/4" bit at the same time. 02.10.18.necessary bit. The item was said to be damaged and undeliverable. I think they will be in the same package. Still no refund after 10 hours 15/18. Will never buy Amana again, woodworkers for 50 years.
