A game-changing router bit

Based on my experience, this router bit is a game-changer for anyone who works with plastics. The Spektra coating ensures that the bit stays sharp for longer, which saves time and money in the long run. The cutting is precise, and the bit is durable and long-lasting. The bit was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The only downside is that it is relatively expensive; however, it is well worth the investment. If you're looking for a top-quality router bit for plastic, this is the one for

Pros
  • Long-lasting, precise cutting
Cons
  • Expensive

The bit arrived broken at the cutting tools

The bit arrived in an unsealed container that was too small for the bit and the end was broken off before I got it opened. Update: They sent another piece but it was the wrong one (not even the right size). Looks like they just put the 51441-K tag on the body of the 51511 bit. Do not buy from this seller.

Pros
  • Overall Length (L): 2
Cons
  • Not bad but...

This bat works great with plastic!

I really like how this bit cuts aluminum and acrylic composites. I had to slow down the feed and speed on the acrylic but it still cuts great. I consider helical O-shaped single grooves only as a semi-finish cutter because they don't seem to give the correct finished size unless I make 3 or 4 passes each approaching the correct size. I usually just make one pass with a spiral O-shaped single groove and then another pass with a double groove flat cutter which gives me the right size fine cut…

Pros
  • (D) Diameter: 1/16
Cons
  • little things
