I use this bit for cutting aluminum on my X-Carve CNC router (dry cutting - no coolant or lube). For dry cutting I haven't found anything that lasts as long or cuts faster so I highly recommend it. It also works great on acrylic and plexiglass. My only complaint is that the single groove works poorly when cutting small holes for fasteners. They tend to be slightly elongated. I still give the product a 5 for good cutting performance. When I need good holes I switch to a Kodiak 2 tooth end mill…
