I recommend this product dry

I am returning this item because it does not work with my BMW DSP sound system but I really recommend it does not work with all BMW functions. I like his looks. and fits perfectly

Not ideal for e53

Fast plug and play but. There is no way to install a reversing camera without a reversing signal using a relay. I returned this one and bought xtrons. It's true plug and play, even if you don't need an antenna adapter.

Poor in-dash navigation instructions

I have an e39 528i and the mounting brackets for this unit are very confused. Also, do not rely on instructions to help you. However, the device is very pleasant and automatically improves the sound quality throughout the car. I also can't figure out how to get the steering wheel controls to work :/

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES THAT COST MONEY.

Worst product installation! ATTENTION, NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS SUPPLIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. If the parts are not missing and can be obtained even without installation instructions, I had to believe that the manufacturer was trying to guess how to install this product.

Great sound and easy installation.

Long gone, but so far a much better update and the quality is great. The sound is much better than the standard stereo. I thought I had a DSP and an Amaseaudio email service and they would be a great company to work with. I got all the answers quickly. Mine ended up being plug and play, except for a remote control cable which I had to plug into my AC to turn it on while the engine was running. You will need to trim the plastic cage in the dash to fit properly, but it doesn't take much cutting…

NOT Android 10 and EasyLink barely working - great customer service but still Android 9

7/25/20 This is an update to my previous post. The customer service was described as exceptional but the product is still on Android 9. The representative spent over 7 days with me to try to update the device to Android 10 and also fix the Easylink issue. They ended up sending me another main device but the new one was also on Android 9.
