Discreet "shell" pocket construction. The outside pockets are a bit brittle, the seams never hold. Inside pockets made of thin "windbreaker" material, sewing doesn't hold here either. External Velcro pocket opens when cargo is inside. Twice as much as Home Depot, about $0.50 more.

I rated this bag 4 stars when I first got it as it was perfect for my needs but after 120 jobs which are usually in the basement at home from truck to construction site been transported, it is finished. Legs are torn from the fabric, worn around the corner, the side pocket is torn. My partner bought the exact same CLC bag at the same time and it still looks brand new! I will not buy again.

In the 3rd week of use, the wire holding the mouth open began to detach from the fabric. The zippers hold up well, hence the 2 stars. deep enough to actually hold the tools while transporting them to the next job site. I expect more quality and value from the Amazon Basics brand. I won't be returning it but I won't be tempted to give them another chance as this bag is a real disappointment.

The bag is good if you are looking for an ultra small, versatile bag. The sheer number of pockets is great, but it would be much better if more pockets had velcro closures rather than being fully open. On the outside there is a single pocket with velcro closure which is great but the rest is mesh and has an elastic band that will cinch whatever you have inside as long as it isn't too big or too small. The inner pockets are relatively useless as they are completely open and everything falls out.
