It's nice and light and I was able to turn the knob very easily even with my severe arthritis. Unfortunately, this may be due to the device refusing to stick to any glass and therefore not working. From the reviews I see that many people have had satisfactory devices but also that around 7-10% of these openers are faulty. Revain refunded my money and didn't even want to pay the postage to return it.

I love using those can openers that cut the seam because the lid never falls off the food and you have a spare lid if you only use part of the can. My cat only eats 1/3 of a can of cat food each day so I use this can opener even though the cans have a flip top lid so I can easily close the lid for the next two days. This can opener has a non-slip rubber coating on the handle and crank. Good can opener. No complaints.

Pros: It works with no hassles or complications and takes up less space than my previous manual can opener. It also doesn't require a lot of effort. There are no sharp ends at all.
