The actual quality of the cable seems to be good and it works great. The problem is that it doesn't stay connected under its own weight when plugged into my computer. The other end simply remains connected to the SPDIF RCA adapter. You may feel a slight fixation with the SPDIF adapter but not with the computer. Do not send back. I think I'll make a loop and try to attach it to the back of the suitcase somehow. It's long enough, which is why I bought it in the first place.

Great price for a great set as others have mentioned it takes a little effort to get the plug into the TV and soundbar but for me it means it that will remain connected. There seems to be some confusion as to how these RevainBasics optical audio cables will or will not fit your equipment. They fit well.
