The table was really easy to put together but oh my god the chairs were a NIGHTMARE! Some of the holes were misaligned and one of the chairs had a nail stuck where a screw should go so I had to knock it out with a hammer. I think the so-called "transfers" made things worse. Bought this for my son for distance learning, it was great until after the first week the chairs fell apart. There are practically no fish on these items, so they are easily damaged. I ended up sanding the top and applying 4 coats of polyurethane so I could peel it off as the mark was all over the place and wouldn't peel off.
