Terrible. I bought 4 of these and none lasted more than a week. It immediately rusted and broke. If my dogs hadn't been trained they would have run away and who knows what would have happened.

The product arrived on time. I was only very disappointed that the buckles rusted after only two days outdoors. They still work, but I get rust on my hands every time.

Didn't even survive three months with our beagle puppy. We have used this to take our pup outside while we were working or playing with the kids in the yard, BBQ etc. We were in the driveway yesterday when our pup ran down the street. She chewed it through.

Written for dogs up to 60 lbs. If you have a very aggressive dog, I would take this limitation seriously. My dog weighs 75 kilos. but not very aggressive. She barks and pulls, and I have a spring clip on the top. It doesn't really put much pressure on the leash. It usually takes about a year as the vinyl becomes brittle and peels off and given our Midwest weather I find that tolerable.

Device is defective on this binding cable. This cord is rated for dogs up to 60 pounds, but my 17 pound dog ran after the postman and ended up breaking the silver loop cylinder. Thank god I was able to dive in, grab the end of the line and catch her. I asked the community about flexibility before purchasing. The reports were mixed and I think the opinions and descriptions were a bit vague. I have a tripwire and it's about as stiff as solid electrical wire and can twist if a pup drags it over rocks and bushes. I am happy to report that this new cable is very flexible and I am very happy with this purchase. You can bend it back to almost close the loop and it won't keep twisting. Just the right length for my dogs. But regardless of the length, they still get tangled. My last dog, Cable, was fatter and much heavier, but I didn't buy him. The thin and light cable relieves the dogs. It's lighter, has less drag, and won't snag on clumps of grass that are slightly taller than other grasses. Update: A year later (and now two years later) I'm buying another set again. The cable coating cracked and broke. Once the plating is damaged, the metal cable breaks, twists, etc. This seems to happen with every brand I've ever bought. I don't think anyone here has figured out how to make a better mousetrap, just copy the same thing and sell it. leaves me with the best price since I change every year due to breakage. After the cracked coating collapses, the cable sticks to everything, including
