I have only used this particular item once because the metal pin holding the top of the handle fell off; I squeezed the pin and when I looked I saw that the whitening plastic was cracked. I wouldn't even give it two stars unless I have to admit it's my second and I loved the first and used it for years until it wore out. This works great but there are a few design issues that prevent it from being a really good product. The bottom is flat so you have to try to pour out all the liquid. My last one was slightly funneled in the opening so there was a problem emptying the container. In addition, the handle for opening the drain hole is difficult to grasp with your hand.
