Good product for me, no problems at all.

From summer 2022 used a 2600x processor, but it had problems overclocking my fast memory. Therefore, I thought about switching to 3600. But then an opportunity arose to buy a 5600G for 14,000 and test it, which I did. And the computer began to work noticeably faster. I don’t know what exactly gives such an increase - a higher frequency or an advantage of the Zen3 architecture over Zen +. So I decided to use the 5600G, even with a video card (the prices for the 3600 went up a lot and now it's…

Pros
  • - Very nice and tasty price - Zen 3 architecture - Availability of integrated graphics - System performance has been noticeably improved
Cons
  • - Probably not so much chasing, compared to brothers without integrated graphics

Attached runs in 3dmark timespy 1) with discrete and disabled graphics, stock 2) on the embed without settings and XMP4000CL19 (1 minute in BIOS) 3) with consumption limits removed and manual RAM setting on 4133CL16 (15 minutes in BIOS and tests). The simultaneous use of the built-in and the CPU in toys and similar tests gives a consumption of about 65-75 W, and by slightly expanding the limits, you can return some of the lost performance, as can be seen from the screenshots. The graphic…

Pros
  • +Fresh zen-3 architecture and good per-core and multi-thread performance. + The processor itself does not look like a stump like the previous APU 3400g and below, essentially mutants pulled out of laptops, but feels like a full-fledged desktop. + Monolithic crystal - temperatures at equal heat dissipation with chiplets are lower. + Well, just indecently serious memory overclocking is available due to the new memory controller and its ability to work at high voltage V_SOC +That indecent memory overclock significantly improves embedded performance compared to vega11 in older APUs
Cons
  • PCI-e 3.0 looks strange, when AMD itself drowns for the use of new chipsets and makes cards with pci-e 4.0 and 4-8 lines

First, I installed win10pro on the mbr markup, the motherboard was asus tuf gaming b450-plus ll, in this mode it allowed me to allocate 2GB of memory for graphics in the BIOS. Then Acronis cloned the system without losing data to another disk in GPT markup, set UEFI secure boot in the BIOS, turned off CSM legacy, and it became possible to allocate more than 2GB for video memory, set myself 4GB. Even in this mode, it became possible to resize BAR, but did not check it. In tanks, the game on the…

Pros
  • A good processor with a built-in, allows you to do everything on the Internet and play games on an average graphics

Ryzen 5 5600G with Asus B450-A II and XPG 16GB Kit

Amazing processor. I was a bit nervous about this purchase because all the reviews mentioned getting the 5600x instead. I chose the 5600G because it has integrated graphics. Everyone recommends buying a graphics card instead, but let me tell you. That's great. It uses 512MB of your RAM but can be increased to 2GB if needed and at 1900MHz, WOW. Even the GTX1030 can't stand next to this integrated graphics. I'm so happy I chose this path and I believe I've built a system that is more powerful…

An amazing CPU and a "good enough " GPU in one!

Replaced the old Ryzen 2 chip and discrete GPU with this one and was not disappointed. I mostly play emulated and vintage games (Doom/Quake/etc) and that's more than enough to run everything at 1080p. Might even be good at running things like Fortnite without shelling out hundreds on a modern GPU. AMD Rules!

  • Cool product

THE BEAST. CPU processors

Full disclaimer, I'm not a big gamer. I'm a software developer and hobbyist for 3D printers. I'm sick of the lag when using apps like Fusion 360 on my old PC. I was looking for a budget PC that could do some gaming/3D rendering and settled on the Ryzen 5 5600G. I use it without a dedicated graphics card and am very impressed. It's not your dad's Intel integrated graphics. This thing can actually play games! I mean, not exactly on the highest settings. But much better than I expected graphics on

Pros
  • understandable even for old ones
Cons
  • almost never

Great CPU with good iGPU

This is a great CPU for a system not designed for gaming. The integrated graphics (Vega8) are fine for basic use, but most games don't work well, some games like The Sims 4 might not work at all. If you want a decent processor with no separate graphics, I highly recommend it. I use it as a second computer with Plex installed and it's much faster than the 1300X I had previously. I use it with an ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard and it boots with this processor. However, for better memory support…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Fast Multithreaded Process - Great Value

I'm writing this review amid a major chip shortage and graphics card mining smash in 2021. Long story short, my GeForce 980TI has failed. The prices for graphics cards are going through the roof, even the used market has become stupid. I found this out after looking at and reading about some reviews online. Let's get down to business. Gaming Performance - I play a variety of games - Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), Diablo II Resurrected, Outer Worlds and Fallout 4. Default cooler, default speed…

EDITED: Great chip inside

PREVIOUS: Faster and faster workstation processor, but integrated graphics still bad. My wife had to play SIMS on LOW settings with stuttering. I thought he would do a decent job at least at SIMS. Just save and wait for the cards and get 5600x instead. UPDATE: found out my MB was x470. I already updated to the new bios but didn't update the chipset driver. Once I did that, chip performance and graphics performance were great. Make sure you're up to date and that it's a great chip. woman playing

Cheap, great! Throw away the storage cooler

This is one hell of a bargain. Ignore the 5700G, it's overpriced and doesn't look anything like the 5700 without the APU, so its existence is only for those willing to shell out another $100 for near-identical performance. But it's a pot of gold. Plays all games up to and including Resident Evil 7 at 1080p/720p30 without breaking a sweat and draining power. What a beast these days when GPU usage is infrequent. Impressive value. Take it! Lower your expectations and you'll be able to enjoy Diablo

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Pretty good deal

The first 5600G I got had a reboot problem: I had to reset the whole system (press a button) to force a reboot. But thanks to Revain and AMD's excellent customer service, the swap was easy and the new APU works flawlessly. I can't believe AMD priced the 5600G cheaper than the 5600X! Sure, the 5600X's peak overclock speed is a bit faster, but the 5600G has integrated Radeon graphics and the GPU prices are ridiculously high, it's HUGE! My system easily overclocks all six cores to 4.2GHz at a core

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs
