Firstly, I ordered this shirt because I had the original American baby Henley clothes for many years and liked them. The original was made in the USA and still works great. So I bought 6 American Apparel baby thermos before folding them up. By far my favorite shirt loved them and wore them to death. When I saw it was available on Amazon I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to refill. These shirts are very different from the originals (the originals are shown inside). I had this shirt from American Apparel 8 or 9 years ago. I appreciated the fit and it was a lot tighter than the old one. I had to go back. All in all, I would say that American Apparel has very inconsistent sizing.

I love this shirt! I took the white one and bought five and dyed them brown and green. I like the way the shirt sits on my shoulders and arms but there is a small issue of it riding up in the armpits. The shirt also has a slim fit, so either your muscles or dad's body! The size was good but the cut was wrong And there was a small hole in the sleeve. Shoulder seams are torn and bunched. I think it might be real American clothing but unfortunately I will be back. When you buy one, they are designed and installed for 25% shrinkage.

Decent. I still like it BUT. They're not like the old American Apparel thermal Henleys. This one is stiffer, the buttons are different, and the shoulder seams are thick and create waves. It's okay for the most part, but I really miss the variety of colors and fit of the originals.
