BEWARE - THE CABLE THAT RUNS AROUND THE PERIMETER IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL

I received my 28’x28’x28’ beige (more yellow than beige, but not a big deal for me since my house is yellow) sail shade and am having it professionally installed. However, to determine the quality of the parts (mine had the reinforced corners), I ascertained that while the corner hardware is stainless or aluminum (thus rust resistant), the cable that runs through the perimeter of the sail is NOT stainless steel and is apt to rust. We need the shade to save on our electric bill because of…

Customer Service and Quality are amazing

I rarely take the time to write a review, but in this case, the sellers went above and beyond in an effort to help me. While ultimately I had to return the sails as my measurements were not right, these guys worked with me and helped a ton. Also, the quality of the sails is top notch. I highly recommend them!

Happy with purchase

Size was exactly what was advertised, so it fit the space I wanted it for just right. Quality looks very good, rings at corners seem to be very strong. It is providing shade where we wanted it to, nothing negative to say.

Great Sails: my feedback

Great sails. We just wanted a little shade under our pergola and the 7ft were perfect size. We used turnbuckles and hooks from Home Depot to attach them. These were the same quality sails as the coolaoos at Costco.

Sturdy but flaws - my new review

Sail has excess cable sticking out on all 3 corners. This looks like a flaw or defect and seller was unresponsive. I'm not willing to return it though. Just dissapoointed cuz i feel like I was sold a reject sail. But it works and doing great job of keeping the pool cool in hot Texas sun!

High quality material and fittings.

Needed to shade a corner on my patio and this has fit the bill to a tee. Large size may be difficult to store when not in use. High quality and looks like it will last for years.
