These are great laces

I bought these laces because since 2013 I’ve only ever purchased "lock laces” and they are much more expensive for only one set of laces that aren’t as thick. I only like reflective laces in tennis shoes so these fit the bill. I had wanted to get the package with gray laces in it also however then I couldn’t get the solid black and solid white for work shoes. so my tennis shoes are sporting black laces but they’re gray shoes, I think they look ok. The laces went into the shoes with no problem…

Pros
  • Like themJust what my shoes needed
Cons
  • May not stay in place on the shoe during activity

These don’t stay tight

First let me make your install easier than mine. You will want to cut the ends off before trying to push the laces through the "lock”. After that it’s easy but if you don’t do it you may waste a lot of time trying to get the laces to go through the holes. The "locks” don’t hold so you’ll need to put the end under your laces as shown in the picture to hold the laces tight. Going for a test walk now to see if that works. If it doesn’t I will add to this review.Wouldn’t buy again due to the "lock”…

Pros
  • No need to worry about laces coming undone while walking or running
Cons
  • May be more difficult to clean than traditional laces

Does the job well on my review.

I have a pair of shoes that had the most AWFUL laces in them. They were stiff & wouldn't stay tied & the length of the laces were just all wrong. I ordered this 4 pack of elastic no-tie laces & they completely solved my problem. They are a little tricky to assemble, but once you get them done, they are nearly perfect. I can now wear that pair of shoes without any frustration & I can easily get them on & off. The tricky part with these laces is putting on the stops at the ends of the laces. I…

Pros
  • Shoelaces
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who need to adjust their shoes frequently throughout the day

Works as intended best in my review

Bought because hand eczema made tying shoelaces diffcult and painful. Once adjusted, they allowed my everyday Merrill shoes to be slip ons. Did not work as well when I tried to use socks, did not use on hiking boots where I want a tighter fit.Durable, elastic did not lose tension, tips did not come open. With care, they can be reused.

Pros
  • These are on my golf shoes...now! No more constantly re-tieing my shoes!!
Cons
  • May not work well for people with certain foot shapes, such as high arches or wide feet

Check package contents upon delivery!

Received delivery two weeks ago. Did not bother to check for damaged or missing parts. Was just replacing laces on a pair of new sneakers and discovered that each pair of shoelaces came with only 3 clicks (when 4 are needed)! Apparently, similar issues have been reported by a small number of other unlucky buyers. This packaging issue aside, the laces work fine.

Pros
  • Great ez to use
Cons
  • May not hold up well over time, especially with frequent use

Work well. in my review

No real complaints. they work well. cutting them short is a little troublesome because they'll come unwound but you can burn the ends with a lighter.

Pros
  • Perfect for those with mobility or dexterity issues
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who need to wear shoes for long periods of time

No more tying. for my opinion

I bought these for my wife who has arthritis and Lupus. She had a lot of agony bending over to tie her shoes. This way all she has to do is push the button and slide it up tight. 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes of agony. I am such a good husband. ; )

Pros
  • I like the product
Cons
  • May not provide as secure a fit as traditional laces

exactly what i needed

they are replacement for puppy destroyed laces. Thanks for attention! they are will last as long as i can keep them out of the puppy's way

Pros
  • Would recommend several times over! Will buy again!
Cons
  • May be more prone to slipping and sliding than traditional laces

My SIL is a firefighter and uses these things on his Work shoes when he doesnt need boots for calls. He gave me a set and they worked perfectly.A bit difficult to understand the pictures for install but all in all, great replacements. Not looking at Velcro strip walker shoes any longer.BTW, My wife used a set as the elastic for a face mask. Allows me to just lower the mask off my face but easily use the top elastic to raise it back into position quickly.

Pros
  • Eliminates the hassle of knotting laces
Cons
  • May be difficult to adjust for people with limited hand strength or fine motor skills

Practical. Definitely worth it!

I bought these for my running shoes. I aggressively dislike tying my shoes all the time and I also dislike having untied shoes (especially on the treadmill). But leaving my running shoes double-knotted and slipping them on/off was causing some knee pain because my shoes weren't fitting my feet properly. After spending a month having to tie/untie my shoes every time I worked out (seriously, how do people do this every day?) I decided to just get elastic laces. These are perfect! Easy to install…

Pros
  • Simplifies the shoe-tying process for parents with young children
Cons
  • May not provide the level of customization of traditional laces

Dog Resistant - my new review

I work at a dog daycare and a couple of the dogs learned how to untie shoelaces. I took great satisfaction the first day I wore them and watched them chew and tug to no avail. Plus I never have to touch mysteriously wet laces again

Pros
  • Can be easily adjusted for a snug or loose fit
Cons
  • May not stay in place well over time, leading to an insecure fit
