Velcro straps didn't feel strong and started to loosen after a few wears. Also, the sandals didn't provide enough support for my little one's feet on long walks on the beach. Ordered these for my grandkids and they LOVE them! I ordered 4 pairs for 10, 8, 4 and 1 year. look so cute on them. You wear them all the time.

Pros: great Teva imitation, bright and vibrant color (we bought bright yellow), some cute color options, great price, waterproof, decent velcro around ankle. time to get dressed. My daughter got a blister on every little finger the first time she wore it. Light colors get dirty and don't look as good even after washing. But that doesn't matter, because what children's shoes don't get dirty when worn by a pair?! All in all, a decent sandal for adventure.

My son is 2.3 years old. and wears a size 8 from Carter's Shoes (which fits perfectly in the front, with no gap) so bought for toddler aged 8.5-9 and it fits perfectly. I bought it thinking it would be big enough but when summer comes it will be small for him. I will not bring him back like another son. So I'll take these in the next next size up for longer use.
