Very comfortable to hold. Used it in a 1/2 marathon recently and sped past water stations! does not flow. Particularly well suited for training runs where there are no stops near the water.

This item is great if you can actually screw the cap on properly. And when running, you really need lightness. Once you've got the cap on properly, it will often leak around the cap as well. Maybe I have a broken bottle. Overall I like the cover and the pocket is stretchy, very large but not in the way.

I am very happy with this bottle. We bought a few to try and although it's small it feels good in the hand and is well balanced. I sent back the first one I bought thinking it was defective. It dripped and spattered everywhere. Turns out I just wasn't using it properly. It's awesome and just read the little instructions. Pull out the nozzle. My bad good product.

I give it five stars and also agree that there are some minor issues with the plating and lid.
