Great tool paired up really good customer service

The ease of use, the ability to create custom surveys that are completely relevant for your business. I like that you can quickly build survey templates without having to write code. Sometimes it's hard to understand what each question is intended to do. It would be helpful if there were more examples of questions. For example, when you're building a new survey template, it would be helpful to see what other questions look like before you start building your own. It makes it easier to visualize
