Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as an automotive expert, I have to say that this lock doesn't meet the necessary standards. The lock is not durable and can easily break. The only positive I can say is that it fits trailer coupler. However, the cons far outweigh the pros, making it a subpar product in the towing products and winches category.

but I had to sharpen the ball a bit to get it to fit properly which is not important. It's still very durable and I worry a lot less about finding a missing pendant.

This thing is heavy, much heavier than you would expect from something this size. fitted snugly into my muff although not as tight as I expected. but i guess it was just my expectation, i didn't see any weak spots due to tightness. It looks like the clutch itself will be destroyed before the lock breaks. incredibly expensive, 10 times more expensive than the average hitch, but I think it's worth it.
