🚪 Andersen Gliding Door Thumb Latch - Classic Stone Color Pre-1983 Review

Easy installation. Wasn't happy spending $55 on something like this, but it's better than replacing the entire assembly!

From the photo and description I expected this to include a lock. However, there was only a frame around the castle. I sent it back and got a full refund.

Easy to fit and works great. My only complaint is that the locking handle is much shorter than the original, so it's not as easy to manipulate when locking or unlocking the door.

When the lever on my Andersen sliding door broke, I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. Raven comes to the rescue. It fit and was easy to assemble. Not as big as the original but I hope it will last.

Panic when the latch on my sliding glass doors that we have had since buying the house broke. The sliders are so durable and probably one of the best things the house had when we bought it over 20 years ago. The clasp fits and serves its purpose. So happy I don't have to worry about finding this bar across the country.
