Torn after 4 uses

Love how easy it is to use but ripped after 4 uses with our fifth wheel. Just over two weeks before our return window. I will contact the seller and find out if they are willing to exchange it.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Good but not great

Slightly disappointed with overall quality

Slightly disappointed with overall quality. Up to 4 inches can be removed as instructed to adjust wheelbase. I had to remove 2.5 inches and everything seemed to work fine. On first use, the "block" broke in half. The product info says the product can carry 30,000 pounds and our camper doesn't even carry 10,000 pounds.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Hard to say

piss off! Both broke in half the first time

Bought for my Airstream tandem trailer. The first and only time I used it to level a concrete slab, both levelers broke in half - one in the third hole, one in the fourth hole. My trailers weigh no more than 7,500 pounds, well under the advertised 30,000 pounds. The product came with a booklet offering a 3 year guarantee stating that if the aligners break they will be replaced. But sorry no thanks if I can't even use it - for $80+! I'm grateful I bought from Revain which allowed me to return it

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Don't waste your time with these

This arrived with a few large tears in the side holes. These cracks were big enough to fit a toothpick and/or my knife blade in. Some other customers have said that the aligners are broken. I can see the strength of the plastic being compromised, especially when the weight of a trailer is rolled on it. I returned this order and immediately ordered 2 more packs. Today came the second order and it was the same only WORSE. multiple tears on both equalizers. So these will be sent back. Great idea…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Functionality

Broken upon arrival. Do not buy!

Do not buy! Save yourself the hassle. Just check out all the 1 star reviews with pictures of broken aligners after a use or two. Andersen advertises a 30,000lb capacity, but they break down with just 8,000lb trailers. Obviously this is a serious design flaw with holes almost going through them I think to save weight and the material itself is very brittle and just wants to break. I was looking forward to using these innovative camper levelers, but the poor guys never got a chance to even get…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Absolute waste of money!

I thought it sounded like a good idea. fine tuning? No! Maybe it's because we have a pretty big rig - 38 feet - but I found it impossible to get these things to stay under the wheels. Out of the box, they just sloshed out from under the steering wheel every time I tried to use them. Tried sticking anti-slip tape on the bottom. All that happened was the tape came off and they squirted out. Tried to stick anti-slip tape around the wedge so that it also sticks to the tire. No, one of them always…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

A few "fall traps " to watch out for

The product is not universal. It only works for some applications (contrary to what is written in the product description). On a tandem axle vehicle you MUST ensure your axles are further apart than standard. If there is only 3-6 inches between the tires, you cannot install a second leveling block between the tires on the floor. They have instructions on how to modify and trim one of these, but it's far from a good solution if you're trimming a $100 or so item just to try and get it to work the

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I'll add later
