Hair clipper arrived broken and completely unusable. The adjustment lever itself was intact, but something inside was preventing the head from seating or adjusting properly. The screws are not loose, I checked. I'm very handy, but it turned out to be completely useless. I would even be happy if they worked without the setting function, but that's not an option either. I thought these were the ones I could use for a few years but their performance wasn't that great. It heats up quickly, which I didn't mind, but heck, in just 20 minutes?!?! I'm no pro, but the fact that they warm up so quickly I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

I almost bought it because of the bad reviews but I'm glad I bought it. Andis makes a quality product and these clippers are no different. Cuts great and I expect them to last for years.

This razor literally shocks me. I passed the return window or I would have gotten my money back. It worked great the first few times, but now I can't get it to my face or feel like I've landed face down on a hot wire.

These clippers are great. Nice sturdy metal case. They're a little heavy, but that's to be expected. Sounds like the motor is too loud. They are NOT THAT loud. I had smaller clippers that were louder. When turning on the hair clipper, there is a rather loud clicking noise, which initially startled me. Arrived with two broken guards. The clippers are so good that I just buy "Andis Nano Silver" magnetic shields. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE US-1 VERSIONS! The naming convention is confusing, the 01410 double magnet set does not fit these vehicles!
