This tricycle is built for tough use! And came almost assembled. However, a few seconds after I sat on it and started pedaling, the pedal came off. I've tried snapping it back into place, but it keeps coming loose. Big disappointment, especially at this price. Sending it back would be a bit cumbersome. not to mention a seriously disappointed little kid.

how do I contact customer service for a warranty repair? He was always kept indoors and only occasionally went to see his grandparents. The pedal has fallen off and it looks like the washer has cracked. Need a replacement disc or a new pedal? I wrote this shortly after purchase but never heard from them. I also called and left a message but didn't answer. The husband found a washer but it won't hold. I wish they had better customer service.

Pedals keep falling off. Rear wheels keep falling off. Very bad design. Why don't they use screws to attach the pedals and wheels? It does not make sense. It has a "heavy duty" frame but is actually so heavy my 3 year old can barely move it. To be honest it's rubbish. Get a Radio Flyer tricycle for half price or better, ditch the tricycle and get a really well made Strider balance bike.

I bought this bike for my son with down syndrome when he was 6 years old and he loves his bike! He's 7 years old now and spends more time on it than before as the bike is heavy and he had a hard time pedaling it, but now he's mastered it. We recently had a problem with a bike pedal, it came off, we contacted the seller almost a year later and they immediately sent us a new pedal retainer.
