Pictures show this fits waists up to 45 inches but the written description says 48 inches. But the circumference of the belt is only 32 inches. It's stretchy so you can pull out a few more inches, but I don't think it will be that comfortable. I laughed and wanted to cry when I took it out of my pocket and saw how tiny it was.

This strap has room for your phone and keys, plus a headphone hole. It doesn't hold its shape though - the plastic adjusters cause the strap to move a bit as you run, so you're tightening it all the time. I've worn it 4 times for trail runs of 2-5 miles each. It is enough for walking, but any vigorous movement causes slipping.

I'm not sure what the designer had in mind, this is by no means an optimal running belt, it's bulky, heavy, too wide and not suitable for running, first of all, it's difficult to bend down to put your shoes on close without taking them out of the way, 2. the adjustment straps continue to loosen, 3. the optimal placement of water bottles on the runner's body, however, should be on the hips and not on the stomach or back if one is a simple stroller and thirsty becomes easy, then that may be ok.

I love this hydration belt. I've been running for 8 years and have at least 5 other belts. This finally sits properly and does not slip off. I can take essentials that I need for long runs. I like the separate zipper on the front for keys. I'm always afraid when I take things out of a belt with a pocket that my keys will fall out. This Belt Exceeded My Expectations. I bought one for my partner 3 weeks ago and it was perfect. All in all I love this running belt. It holds two water bottles which is great for my short to medium runs. I usually use one for a sports drink and the other for regular water, and it lasts enough to run about five miles if I'm not already dehydrated and 100 degrees.
