First I have a small complaint about it. There is no bubble counter in this system so it's impossible to tell how two regulate this, I use two, I use sugar and yeast as you can see in the last picture, it's a great alternative and both ways are great economical, but this citric acid is much more reliable. At first I hated this thing but then I learned how to use it. So you have two sides: citric acid and baking soda. I figured you needed a citric acid hose constantly submerged in the solution for it to work. It's not like this. As long as you have at least 1 bar of pressure, the system will work without a hose in a citric acid solution. That's how I understood it.
