What a great idea, as opposed to spraying silicone on after the shredder has made the sheet. I'll report back if I've used more than one. You can hear when you overload your shredder because the "dry cross shredder" noise is easy to hear, and it happens when you stick one of those sheets of shredder grease in it!

Never used shredder cleaning sheets but with the new $230 shredder I thought it might be a good idea. The leaves feel like plastic and are very thin. You can even take one apart to see if there really is any fat inside. I bought it because of the low price and laziness to go to the local office now. How can you tell if a shredder blade cleaner is actually doing its job? The time will show.

Hello, we have had an old cross cutter since they came out. To keep it pristine and in great shape for cutting, we use these grease sheets after each monthly paper sanding and cutting. We fill a huge bag and then run the fat leaves to grind them up. Now it's ready for the small weekly patches or the next big monthly patch. The new cross grinder has been on our future shopping list for quite some time, as our old one seems to be losing performance. but an old chopper with those grease sheets…
