After months of stumbling across our mat I decided to try these holds and I'm so happy I did! They work great! I've used them for kids room rugs and living room rugs and they adhere really well to my hardwood floors. Carpets do not slip at all! I'm so glad I found her!

DO NOT buy. The pieces don't stick to my carpet but are too tight on the hardwood floor. I was expecting the product to stick to the carpet for easier cleaning. This is not how this product works. I don't trust a (Chinese) manufacturer when they say there are no leftovers. Sent back!

Make sure you don't want to move the carpet after installation. I taped them to my runner and when I tried to lift it to straighten the placement the strips of tape tore the bottom of my runner. They work pretty well and do what they say but I'm not too happy that when I tried to move the slider it broke the bottom.

There was a problem with antique carpets on wooden floors - carpet edges curled up and looked bad and potentially dangerous to trip over. I've tried double sided tape but to no avail. It works well. Lots of products that help curl the corners of the rug seemed harder to find an edge curling solution like this so so far very satisfied. Generous quantity in package.

These are great for different types of rugs in our home. They've held us up well so far, but a corner that was already rolled up didn't hold up and that corner is already rolled up again. I can try a new strip and add another to see if it works but for just holding the mats in place they are perfect.

They are sticky but if you rip the carpet off the product it won't stick very well. I wanted to replace them as they were no longer sticking to my carpet and the varnish was peeling off the hardwood floors. Not only do they not work for a long time, they also damage my floors. They worked well until the carpet was removed and damaged. I expressly do not recommend parquet floors. I only wore them for about a week.

We used these on the mat we have. Didn't last a week. Granted, we have a dog and my son chases him through a jogger all the time, but that's why we bought them. We had a matte material underneath for over 10 years and it started to move so we replaced it with this one. As a result, they stuck to the floor, not the carpet. I think they don't have enough space. Smaller rugs can hold them. Carpet for heavily frequented rooms. Not as much,

WOW! I was amazed to see how lightweight and durable this carpet tape was! I used it to tape the carpet to the laminate floor in the kitchen while my pup was pacing up and down the room. It can even be reinstalled/adjusted if you accidentally placed it in the wrong place. Which I've done several times since I first did this. The tape came off the floor well but stuck firmly to the carpet and still had good tack when I took it off one day. However, this product serves its purpose perfectly!
