We have some old laptops used by consultants. This makes it easy to connect their old VGA laptops to new HDMI monitors. You'll need to connect it to VGA and USB (for power) to work, but the resulting picture looks just as good as the original HDMI picture, with no lag. I didn't use audio, but I expect it to carry audio well over HDMI.

I've been using just the antenna for months and decided to try the amp. To be honest I don't see any difference at all, with or without I get the same picture quality and exactly the same number of channels. It's not expensive, but it's useless. I don't know other people's experiences with antenna boosters, how they work, but this product did nothing for me.

Works great. Now I'm receiving channels like NBC that used to come and go and the picture was constantly breaking, but now it's crystal clear. The channels I used to pick up sound a little clearer and crisper now. I even hooked up a 50ft extension cord to it with no degradation in picture quality or channel reception. This amp performs much better than the amp that came with my TV antenna and for the price it's a really good deal.
