This is a fantastic radio with very good ears and volume. The only very minor downside is that the echo control is located inside the radio. You can only turn it on and off from outside the radio. But there are other adjustable things in the radio if you like :-). Love the fact that this radio always has 3M live. Receive power, transmit power and SWR. I have two of these and they are good radios apart from some issues with the microphone. Both radios skip channels when you use them and the only way to stop this is to lock the channel, which is fine, but you then have to unlock it to get to the new channel. Both have problems with the transfer button, sometimes there is an error, you have to release the button and try again. With some minor modifications this radio can operate from 25.615MHz to 30.105MHz which gives a good range but for the…

I risked this radio. At $210 this thing is hard to beat. Checked with my service monitor and the frequency was correct. No radio settings have been made. The performance was slightly better than stated. I'm seeing 40-45 watts on SSB, 14 watts on AM. The assembly is of good quality and does not look like an export CB radio. Excellent radio. I have a Stryker 955HP and I would say they are comparable in every way except the Anytone is half the price. It has all the same features as my Stryker. The only difference is that the Echo needs to be installed on the circuit board inside the radio. I switched to 11 meters and can easily get to about 30 watts. The programming cable is sold separately and will burn out, but when you get it you can leave it on the hook and dangle the braid off the radio if you're making a lot…

The quality of this product did not convince me. The tuning knob is very convenient in channel/frequency tuning. The cooler for the finale is really disappointing. Again very cheaply made.
