Ok, I understand that I bought a cheaper battery powered ratchet, but I expected it to be able to break loose a bolt that required no more than 25flbs of torque. I was wrong. It seems slow and weak to me. Granted, I've never used any other battery ratchet, my experience is with air powered . which work great. I'll likely keep this to use to remove bolts and nuts that I first break loose with my hand ratchet, then switch over to this battery ratchet to "whip it out slowly". I gave it 3 stars…

Honestly, I have only used the wrench one time and it worked perfectly. i was a little surprised with the actual weight of the unit. I got used to it, but when I first picked it up, I was not sure if I would like it. Seems to not be a problem. I like the case, extra sockets, extension and the two batteries are great for continued use. The case is also a plus and it seems to be well made. Overall, I think this was a good purchase, plus I always wanted one!

Bought this a year ago and though I haven't used it a lot when I have used it it has helped by speeding up jobs on cars and trucks.It works well and the battery stays good for a large job on a car etc.Some people here say it broke etc. but these are not for use cracking the bolts loose. I crack all the bolts loose on a component then run the bolts out using this tool. Putting the part back together I start all the bolts by hand a couple of turns then run them down with this tool. Batteries are expensive, sometimes more than the tool you're buying them for. I used the tool twice and so far no issues. Did its job, saved me a lot of time and has plenty of power for what I normally use a 3/8 ratchet for.

This product has held up pretty will for a DIY person like myself. I have 3 cars, that I do small repairs, replace spark plugs, brake pads, valve cover etc. the sockets are not built well, not a big issue because I have my own sockets. I had the tool for about a year now.

I don't typically write reviews. I bought one of these because I didn't have the money for a Milwaukee, and since I was only using it at home I didn't figure it would be too bad. Then a couple months later, I bought an older Dodge truck and subsequently another for parts. I have torn the parts truck apart- removed the engine, transmission, and a large amount of misc. parts, and used this for the entire job. Then, once the engine was out and on an engine stand, i used it to tear down the engine.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive electric ratchet this thing works well. Not a lot of torque, the battery life isn’t the greatest, but it’s not a $300 Milwaukee tool either.Great tool for the price

hey it works and thats all that matters. when it comes to something xtra stuck sometimes it dont wanna go. but its better than hand ratcheting something out.

so far works good i bought it to do a water pump on a 2014 tundra since room to work is tight and close to radiator, easy to use.

This is by far one of the best investments I've made I don't call myself a mechanic but I know how to work on engines, I recently started rebuilding my jeep SRT8 and I've always done everything by hand, I do have 2 impact guns For the crank and camp bolts, Let me tell you for those hard to reach tight areas This tools Has saved me so much time and bleeding knuckles. Even if it breaks I think it was a good investment. The battery life sincerely I haven't even checked I'm still on the 1st battery

I'm an oil tech, I've abused the f out of this thing dropped it in oil left it out in the rain and this thing lasted very impressed for the price no it doesn't have enough power to break the oil drain plugs loose but it beats turning them by hand after and when putting them back on getting another for home soon

Pros .This tool has been awesome and good to me. Saves me so much time and this is one of the most important tools to have in my tool box. I use it a lot.Cons.The first time I used it the c-clip popped out and I thought it was done. Luckily I'm pretty handy with tools and just inserted the c-clip back in place with my snap ring pliers. This was a gift for my father's birthday in March. He opened it 5 months later and one of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. He contacted the manufacturer and they sent him a replacement battery within 4 days. It's nice when a company stands behind their product.

This is a great low torque electric ratchet. Great for small bolts that screw into plastic body parts of an automobile. Plus, it’s variable speed.

Initial impression: Feels good in the hand. Battery fits very secure into the tool. They can be easily removed with a pinch and wiggle, but the battery doesn't rattle at all in the tool. I purchased this tool for my son-in-law for Christmas. My grandson, who is a mechanic, highly recommended this product for its performance.

I think the case is stronger than the ratchet. Don’t expect much torque. But might save you a little wrist wear after you manually loosen hardware. Remains to be seen how durable.

Light duty at best. Battery long lasting. I use to tighten or loosen bolts. Can’t break loos or tighten as a ratchet. Only good for loosing a broken loos bolt or run a bolt on then tighten with a wrench or ratchet. Mine broke trying to break loos a bolt. I contacted OABEN they sent a new ratchet in two days.
