You can do it alone, male or female

I bought this product and went to youtube to see how to replace it. I'm a 55 year old mom whose son just called me annoying so I didn't want to ask him for help. I followed the step by step guide and Valla fixed it. Good product. I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna. Thank you!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • No instructions

Saved me an expensive trip to the dealer

If you know a few hand tools and watch a few YouTube videos, you can save quite a bit from a hundred dollars. The price is worth it compared to leaving your car at the dealership while the job is done and then having an outrageous bill.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

High price but worth it!

The price is a bit high for 1 piece, but it works great! It takes about 15 minutes to remove the center section of the console, swap out the part, and put it back together. Saved me from buying and working on an entire cable. Definitely recommend it. The part is rubber, not cheap plastic.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

How: Simple and cheap solution that works great. Dislike #1 – Small plastic car parts that break down over time into key components like shifters and gearboxes. Dislike #2 - The fact that I didn't produce them or sell them to children. Making a 2 cent piece of plastic that sells for $25-$35 instead of replacing the entire cord is genius!

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Nothing

That's how it should be

It's literally a little piece of rubber. That's all! It literally cost the buyer no more than 50 cents for shipping and everything, and it's probably overpriced. But it's the only one on Revain for this car, so I paid $25 for it! I needed this right away but I recommend buying it elsewhere for $3 or making your own with rubber bands or something lol. However, it was the right, insanely expensive part

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Worked on a 2005 Toyota Sienna!

First of all I'm glad I looked at YouTube videos and online help forums when my car wouldn't shift. Although this part was a little more expensive than a simple rubber gasket (and more expensive than other online offers), I received it the next day. After an hour of struggling with the dash (watch some videos and note the screws), the actual repair of installing this gasket took 2 minutes. .then half an hour reinstalling the dashboard.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • unreliable

2005 Sienna sticks in shifter and replaces broken shifter cable bushing OEM`

save a lot of Ben Franklin dollars if you can do it yourself. There isn't much work, but you have to watch YouTube where you photograph the dashboard and what not. Minus: There are no instructions, no photos, no idea how to photograph the dashboard. To access a Siena's shifter, what panels to remove and how not to remove all of the instrument panels, place the new purple grommet into the white plastic ring at the end of the shifter cable and then squeeze the shifter. Most of the time you will…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Lots of things

Shift cable bushing replacement Toyota Sienna

2006 Toyota Sienna LE. A great alternative to unnecessarily having the entire shift cable replaced by Toyota or the shop when all you need is an inexpensive bushing. It was easy to disassemble the dash and center console to expose the end of the shift cable. My hands were partially numb so it was a bit difficult to attach the sleeve and slide it back into place. Found the end of a Phillips screwdriver to guide it in place was very helpful. After assembly back on the selector shaft, the…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • So far so good
