Disappointed with shoes

This product was also not advertised. The delivered shoes had an open heel design with velcro closure. I returned it for a refund.

I'm 6ft 6in and 230lbs so that supports me. UPDATE 02/19/13: I got new orthopedic insoles from the podiatrist and these shoes are doing great. I checked them for the first time. I don't run, I'm 61, I have sore knees and a sensitive foot. I need stable comfortable shoes to walk and they are great shoes. Bought them new for $60 great…
