I really like the switch. It looks very nice and works well. However, I was very disappointed with the wiring of the plug (this wiring was largely the reason I chose this item). After installation, the switch did not work properly, but upon inspection I found that the problem was not with the switch but with the wrong connection of the cord to the outlet, causing it to fall off. I fixed it myself instead of resetting it because I didn't want to remove it from a completed install. It worked fine
