Description of Natural Dried Crickets: Premium Food for Bearded Dragons, Wild Birds, Chicken, Fish, and Reptiles - 8 oz Resealable Bag - Veterinary Certified Nutrition

Freeze dried crickets are a perfect source of protein for a variety of animals and reptiles, such as salamanders, small snakes, frogs, toads, rats, bats, shrews, mice and insect-eating birds. Bearded dragons, lizards and iguanas are all insectivores, which means they'll love our dried crickets all year round!. When it comes to pets who love crickets, reptiles are probably at the top of the list. Dried crickets have the nutritional value of live crickets and are more convenient to feed. Our freeze-drying process ensures the preservation of all essential nutrients as well as increasing their shelf life.

Crumbly, Small, Never Buy Again

This package has already been purchased and it is announced that it will arrive with a delay. Upon arrival it was clear that the store's price tag had been removed. The crickets were partially, if not half, chopped up and unusable for reptiles or birds, nor was it mentioned that they were 1/4 in size (meaning about the length of a female ring finger).

Pros
  • Freeze-dried crickets are an ideal source of protein for various animals and reptiles such as salamanders, small snakes, frogs, toads, rats, bats, shrews, mice and insects. there are birds.
Cons
  • Some difficulties

good value for money, not a very pleasant smell

It was a good price for my bearded dragons, but they only smell. There are a lot of them in the bag and I use them with warm water to feed my dragon, but the dried ones in the bag just have a weird smell. I'm not sure if crickets smell like this, I'm leaning towards no because I'm separated from another brand of crickets and they don't smell, but due to the cost of others, so I gave them a try. My dragon doesn't seem to care, he's still eating them, so I think they're fine.

Pros
  • When it comes to pets who love crickets, reptiles are probably at the top of the list.
Cons
  • There are problems

My beard loves her!

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because my dragon spat them out yesterday, although it could have been part of a bathing riot. I have to admit I wasn't ready for either the lingering smell or the fact that the crickets were literally just frozen. So when I picked one up, it looked like she was staring at me as I sentenced her to a second more traumatic death. But Gaius seems to really like them, so it's worth buying.

Pros
  • Dried crickets have the same nutritional value as live crickets and are more convenient to feed. Our freeze-drying process ensures that all essential nutrients are retained and also extends their shelf life.
Cons
  • Not sure
