Approach Forerunner Vivomove Replacement Charging Review

I bought these to have extra cables to charge my Garmin watch. They work just as well as the ones that came with my Garmin watch and appear to be well made. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a replacement charging cable or need additional charging cables.

charging cables arrived as expected. I thought they would match my expensive Garmin Marq. They can be used, but not enough. Too tight because Marq watches are thicker than other Garmin watches. I have to order directly from Garmin ($24 each) to avoid permanently damaging the Marq.

I received my Garmin charging cable today. Plugged in and it charges my Garmin s20 approach. The clip feels nice and neat and the cable is a lot longer than the original Garmin charger that broke the clip. Not sure how durable it is, but seems well built. Great value no matter what. I gave 4 stars because I don't know how long it will last.

I bought this set of two cables after my dog ate the original that came with my Garmin Forerunner 35 watch. I was pleasantly surprised that this cable performed better than the original. It charges faster and works with any USB port. For some reason, the original only charged when connected to a waking computer. It's not working on my charging station or laptop docking station. These charging cables work on everything and I am very satisfied.

I somehow lost my original charger cable. I decided to buy two so I can hide one in a safe place and keep the other handy to charge the watch. Both cables provide a reliable connection. One of Garmin's weaknesses IMO is that many of their charging cables don't connect well to the watch. I think this watch was an exception, but it was still nice to know that these other manufacturers' cables didn't have such issues. The cable is a bit thick and hard. I don't know if it's + or -.
