I found the light to be a bit colder at both ends of the range. With the panel set to 5600 I get 5800 on the X-Rite color chart - 3200 with a light output of 3500. This product seems to meet my needs perfectly, especially because it can be powered via USB-C. (I don't have Sony batteries.) So I bought two Aukey 18W USB-C power adapters as they are tiny but provide more than enough power for these lights. Along with the USB-C cable, they could fit right into the cases along with the backlight. However, I have found that the so-called USB-C cables that come with the device are NOT STANDARD.
