waste of money should have read other reviews. Received yesterday and it has a crack in the metal due to poor molding or welding. I would look elsewhere for something more reliable. You can't even return it.

Ideal if you don't have a hot water connection for your HE washing machine (even if you don't use hot water you will still need to connect a hose to the cold and hot water drain as it still uses a little "hot" water to get the cold cycle up to temperature (so if you don't connect a hose to both you won't be getting enough water on your clothes).

Product worked well without packaging. No leaks or installation problems. Unfortunately, one of them broke at the "y" junction. For this reason I had to buy a new one from a specialist dealer. When this happened I moved the washer which put a little stress on that joint. I didn't pull the washer far enough to "stretch" the hose. The metal used is not the strongest.

Works great for what I bought it for. I wanted to be able to use the sprayer in the basement sink with both hot and cold water and it worked well. Back pressure caused one of the faucets to leak a bit around the handle, but that was a problem with the old faucet, not the faucet hose. It's a bit harsh, but that's more or less what I expected. Overall a good purchase and better quality than anything I've seen at my local hardware store.
