I give 3 stars because 1 of 2 boards I bought bleeds air from the valve on the second use. Can anyone advise how to release the valve of the Close room should be airtight?

Great board but the paddle was broken. I could not contact the seller to get a replacement paddle. Very upset. I was just told to send the whole package back. So disappointing.

Looks like such a good board. I was so excited. I inflated it and it lets air through. Not even a small leak. Aside from the leak, the board looks good. Can't test it or give further feedback, pack it up and send it back.

Super easygoing! This is your second time using this SUP and there is already an air leak in the pump port. It's not wear and tear, it's a manufacturing defect. I have had 2 other SUPs (different brand) for 2 years and have had no problems. Since I've exceeded the return deadline, I hope they will do the right thing with me and help me resolve this issue.

Got it from Revain and immediately installed it outside to make sure I didn't have a leak as I read in other reviews. There are no leaks so I blew it off and went to the lake. At first I thought the air sensor wasn't working, but later realized I hadn't inflated it enough to register it. At 150 pumps (using a double pump) it finally started reading psi. First of all this is a great board especially for people like me who are insecure in their hobby and don't want to spend a lot of money. That's what I think. Hand inflation was a lot easier than I expected, but the pressure gauge on the pump doesn't work at all. It felt solid on land but definitely wasn't pumped enough in the water. I like it. I mainly use it as a kayak. I installed a detachable seat so I can switch from kayak to paddleboard fairly easily. It's light, even lighter on the water, and hard to stand on. very difficult. However, this will be the case with most boards and please ensure the water is calm. It will take a few times but you will get there.
